Will this plan provide credit monitoring and restoration services for customers outside the U.S.?   No, this program is currently only available in the U.S.

What information must we provide for our customers to setup credit monitoring?   We need their name, date of birth and home address.

How long is the program in place?   The protection plan is 12 months from the date of inception. Each year you have the option of renewing the plan.

Does this protection plan provide any financial reimbursement if their is a financial harm?   No. The credit card companies and banking institutions provide some coverage as well as under premiere homeowner's policies. This is not an insurance policy - it's a service plan.

Employee Protection

What happens if one of my employees is no longer with the company?   The individual will have the service for one year, from when they joined the plan. The serivice will follow them.

What happens if a new employee joins the company?  You can send us a request to add that person, along with your payment. All new additions to the program will be added on the first day of the following month.

What information will you need from us to cover our employees?  We need their name, date of birth, and home address.

What will my employees receive to show that they have the service?    They will receive an ID theft kit explaining the service along with the toll free number and access to an web based information center. There will also be a letter with their credit-monitoring password and instructions. Then they can setup thier credit monitoring by following the instructions on the website.
